The plan was to clean all entrances & steps to all the residential areas of student accommodation at Endcliffe & Ranmoor sites. The areas were cleaned with a high level of precision & made a massive difference to the overall look of the complexes. I conclude by saying they cleaned extra areas , not stated on the contract aswell, so we were very happy with our choice.

We recently had our block paved drive power washed and sanded by Ian.
The service we received was excellent.Our drive now looks as new and is 13 years old!
Ian arrived punctually with all the necessary equipment and the work was completed in 4 hours.
The next day the drive was sanded which only took 2 hours.
We intend to have him back in the spring to power wash our stone patio.
Ian left everything clean and tidy and we are delighted with the finished result.
We would unreservedly recommend Ian and the DCS company to anyone.
